My current core workout! I do this routine once a week at the gym, twice! I estimated it to take 25-30 minutes but it really depends on how fast you do it, and if you take any rest breaks. Give it a go, and don’t be afraid to add in any of your own moves!
Here is a tip to get abs: It is true, abs ARE made in the kitchen. If you eat healthy, and regularly exercise your core, sooner or later you will get that stomach you have always wanted. It is not as easy as just doing THIS workout once a week. WORK FOR IT. Eat healthy/clean and eat in MODERATION!
