I could not agree MORE! I have been on a more serious program for 3 weeks now, and have not been able to stop. It becomes a habit/lifestyle that you simply make time for each day without even questioning it. Write yourself up a plan and go for it!

My breakfast - Clean Banana Pancakes
Did someone say delicious?
Here is the recipe:
1/2 cup rolled oats
2x egg whites
1x scoop banana protein powder (or vanilla)
1x tablespoon low fat cottage cheese
1x ripe banana
1x tsp natural peanut butter
2-3 tablespoons of water (to thin batter to your liking)
Low fat greek yoghurt
Blueberries
Agave syrup to serve
Just mix all together in a blender except for yoghurt, blueberries and syrup. Then make them as you usual would make pancakes! So easy and so delicious! Top with yoghurt, blueberries and agave syrup.
Enjoy your weekend!
